Refund Policy

We request you to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is found defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The handmade printed product may have minor imperfections in the print. This should not be considered as a defect as each piece is handmade and has a unique beauty. 

Cancellation and refund policy- We have a friendly cancellation policy. If you have to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. An order cannot be cancelled once processed.

 If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

 We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed as all the details regarding sizes and quality are clearly mentioned. Please reach out to us for more details if you have query regarding the product before placing the order.

 If the order is cancelled after the product is dispatched, it will as per policy only be eligible for replacement if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation)

 To start a cancellation kindly reach out to us at our official mail id support@jharokha.live, if your cancellation is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
